01Information you provide

The planned service may ask for account information such as your name, email and account credentials; fitness profile information such as age, sex, height, weight, goals, target weight, training experience, availability, activity level and equipment; and dietary and exercise preferences. Workout logs, completion records, progress entries, coaching messages and call scheduling information may also be provided by you.

This website does not currently offer account registration or collect fitness profile information.

02Contact messages

The contact form prepares a draft in your email application addressed to contact@fitcubes.fit. Nothing is sent by the form itself. If you send that email, its content and sender details are handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email service. Avoid including medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.

03Technical information and cookies

The hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information, including IP address, browser, device information and access times, to deliver and protect the website. The website’s own code does not set cookies.

This website does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Any additional production cookies, analytics tools and consent controls must be documented before they are enabled. Hosting-provider logging and retention require confirmation.

04How information is used

For the full service, the intended uses are to provide accounts and membership features, tailor fitness programs and general nutrition targets, track progress, support coaching conversations, schedule calls, answer requests, maintain security and operate the service. Only uses that are actually implemented should appear in the final policy.

05AI processing

This website does not send information to an AI provider; the coaching conversation shown is an example. In a future AI-enabled service, relevant profile details, messages and progress information may be processed to produce recommendations. The provider, data shared, retention practices and any use for model training must be disclosed and reviewed before activation. AI output may contain errors.

06Payments and service providers

This website collects no payment-card information and has no payment processor integration. A production payment service, if enabled, would process payment details under its own terms and privacy notice.

The planned service may require hosting, email, account, payment, AI and scheduling providers. The actual providers, purposes, information shared and contractual safeguards must be confirmed before launch. This draft does not claim a particular provider or certification.

07Retention and deletion

Retention periods for future accounts, coaching records, support email and infrastructure logs have not yet been confirmed. Contact contact@fitcubes.fit to request deletion of information you have sent to FITCUBES. Verification of the request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.

08Security

The production service must establish appropriate access controls and safeguards for the information it handles. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. This draft makes no claim of healthcare certification, audited compliance, or a specific unimplemented security control.

09Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a copy of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Submit requests to contact@fitcubes.fit. The final policy must identify applicable rights, verification procedures and response requirements. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

10International users and eligibility

FITCUBES is operated by the company at the United States address below. The locations where production data will be processed, any international transfers and relevant safeguards need confirmation. Minimum age and eligibility rules also require business-owner review before account registration is enabled.

11Changes to this policy

The final policy should reflect the service actually offered. Material changes should be communicated appropriately and an effective date added when the policy is approved. This is a review draft, with no production effective date asserted.
