01Eligibility and accounts

When registration becomes available, customers must be able to enter a valid agreement, meet the published eligibility requirements and provide accurate account and profile details. You will be responsible for protecting your credentials and reporting unauthorized use. This website does not currently create customer accounts.

02FITCUBES membership

The proposed FITCUBES Coaching membership includes personalized training, general calorie and macro targets, AI Coach access, progress tracking, plan adjustments and one weekly human coaching call. The scope and any availability limits must be disclosed at checkout. FITCUBES provides fitness and wellness coaching, not healthcare.

03Subscription billing and automatic renewal

The proposed price is USD $89 per month. Before any live subscription is purchased, the amount payable, billing interval, renewal terms, applicable charges and cancellation process must be shown and accepted. A live monthly subscription would renew automatically unless cancelled before its next renewal. This website has no checkout and cannot charge you.

Any price changes should be communicated before they apply, with an opportunity to cancel before the changed price is charged. No additional fees or taxes are invented in this draft.

04Cancellation and refunds

The proposed membership may be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals. For a live membership, the intended cancellation route is account settings, with assistance available at contact@fitcubes.fit. The production workflow must be operational before billing is activated.

Cancellation is separate from a request for money back. Access would ordinarily continue through the paid period unless a different arrangement is confirmed. See the Refund Policy for the draft framework and the refund window awaiting confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

05Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or use the platform to harass others. Do not use FITCUBES for emergency or medical decision-making.

06AI-generated recommendations

AI features are intended to assist with fitness planning and general information. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Evaluate recommendations appropriately and discuss concerns with a qualified professional. The example conversation on this website is illustrative and makes no personal assessment.

07Human coaching

Weekly calls are intended to review progress, adherence, questions and goals. Coaching is not medical diagnosis, physical therapy, injury rehabilitation or medical nutrition therapy. Scheduling, missed-call and rescheduling arrangements must be confirmed before live booking is enabled. No coach credentials or specific availability are claimed on this website.

08Your information and intellectual property

You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. You retain rights in your submitted content; the production agreement should permit only the use needed to deliver and maintain the service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

FITCUBES branding, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials. Any use rights must be consistent with applicable law and the final membership agreement.

09No guaranteed results

Fitness outcomes differ among individuals and depend on many factors. FITCUBES does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, strength gains or any particular outcome. Example plans and targets on this site are illustrative, not customer results.

10Availability and third-party services

Features may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical issues. Third-party services, when connected, may have separate terms. Production service commitments and remedies must be reviewed before launch.

11Liability and your statutory rights

Exercise involves risk. Use reasonable care and seek appropriate professional guidance. These draft terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict mandatory consumer rights. Any proposed limitation of liability, warranties or remedies requires legal review before it becomes part of a live agreement.

12Suspension and termination

The production service may need to suspend access to address security risks or misuse. Any termination, notice and refund consequences should be proportionate and consistent with the final agreement and applicable law. You can request account closure through the contact details below when accounts are available.

13Changes and governing law

Material service or terms changes should be communicated before they take effect where required. A production effective date and the procedure for accepting updates must be established before launch.
